Essence is an avid supporter of Public Education and access to the Arts. She has worked professionally in Education since 2019 but has volunteered time to better our schools for much of her life. Before specializing in PK-12 PowerSchool Management she worked in Election Data Management with Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties while she attended the University of New Mexico Anderson School. She cultivated a love for Business Ethics and Operational Change while completing her BBA in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship in 2018.
